as soon as stories were added, the app has become significantly slower at loading stats, which are supposed to be the primary feature of this app.

stories are an incredibly unnecessary feature that nobody asked for or wants. i BEG you to prioritize fixing the several other significantly more important features in this app that are broken before you start adding useless bloat to your app.
