App doesn’t work unless you pay for it?

I thought this app was free for limited stats and info but I don’t seem to get any top artists/songs/genres or anything in any type of time period. Does this app really not do anything unless I pay for it or is there a bug? I initially used Spotify but switched to Apple Music and few months and have had no info show up for me. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times with it doing nothing. Is there a way to fix this or should I just delete the app?
