App doesn't work

A few weeks ago the app went dark, no data. I've been trying to fix it but don't have a clue. I have a family plan for my Spotify account with up to 6 users, I think. It seems like the app dropped my user stream and went to a β€œdead” user. One that has never been used ( I don't have 6 family members). The app doesn't see anything I'm playing on Spotify. This thing is a complete mess. You should be ashamed to have charged me for this worthless app.
