Album counted twice

Hi, I noticed when I look at my most streamed albums, sometimes the same album is divided in 2, I think that’s because when an artist adds new songs on an album Spotify, for some reason, creates a new one. Can you make an algorithm that recognises when an album is counted as 2 and sums the number of streams and minutes played? (for example Sirio of Lazza is one of them in my profile) THANK YOU
