ABOUT MY STREAMS AND MINUTES

I want to know why you usually cut my streams everyday, and not stop from there but lose to give me my minutes what's the problem 😒😒?. why are you discourage and make me to lose hope. now its for a month without adding anything, for 4weeks, you alway cut my streams, on Lifetime you add me nothing, for sure I have started to giving up. Please i want all my streams for the whole month both 4weeks and Lifetime. otherwise I'm going to give up out of premium.
