2 artists with same name

I had my first spotify release recently, under the name Dark Passenger. The song is called From The Underground. I noticed stats.fm says that the song was made by 2 dark passengers. But only one is me, the other one is someone else. Could you remove his name under my song? I am the Dark Passenger with the presskit with my face on it. The other guy has a green profile picture.
