#1 /#2 Song is gone

A different Song overtook my #1 song São Paulo and now it's suddenly gone. When I view the song the streams/minutes are gone but the artist The Weeknd and the Album from the Song still has the minutes of the song on it. When I view the Album it starts at my #2 Song from the Album, acknowledging there is something higher but not showing it. Can I do something? I already tried listening it to it again it didn't help.
