Why is it when I stream an artist I get another person as well as the artist??

I was streaming Adele and I now have streams for someone I have never heard of aswell as Adele. Why are the streams going to multiple people? Its the same with Do What U Want by Lady Gaga and Xtina. The streams also go to R Kelly. Its stupid
