Usernames should act as Display Names when no Display Name is Chosen

Current Behavior

When a user has not chosen a or removed their display name, their username’s font, size & weight act as though a display name with an invisible character exists. <see below >

When a user has not chosen a, or removed their display name, their username acts as the display name. < see below >
