Synced playlists

I know it’s possible to create synced playlists to get for example your top 100 songs of the last year, but would it be possible to implement a way to create synced playlists for like songs you’ve listened to a certain amount?

E.g., once you’ve listened to a song for 500 minutes it gets added to a playlist.
