Sync streams after 30s like last.fm instead of syncing after listening to the song in full?

ive noticed that stats fm usually misses out on some songs, even though ive listened to 98% of it, i found out that sometimes it will sync normally and sometimes it would sync if i listened to the full song all the way through. i dont know about other peoples listening habits but it would be very useful for those who skip songs in the last 10-20secs
