Swipe to view the next one (Song, Artist, etc?)

It's a rough idea. That will make searching for information easier (maybe?) example: Click to view information for a track or artist > Swipe left-right on the top image (Or maybe do it in another area?) > Information for the next-previous track or artist is displayed.
