Support for songs that are >30 Seconds

For a song to count as a stream, it must be listened to for at least 30 seconds. However, there are a lot of songs that are even just interludes that are less than 30 seconds and it doesn’t count as a stream because it’s so short. I think the songs should be reviewed manually as simply decreasing the time for a stream to register wouldn’t work.
