Support for multilingual artist names

Currently, many of the artist names displayed on stats.fm are in English, which is inconvenient for Japanese people.

When making an API request on Spotify, you can specify the Accept-Language header to set the language when multiple languages ​​are registered for artist names or track names.

Therefore, I would be happy if it were possible to set the language on stats.fm in the same way.
