Subject: Suggestion: Retaining Past Listener Records in Stats.fm

Dear Stats.fm Team,

I truly appreciate how stats.fm tracks top listeners and awards records (gold, silver, bronze) for artists. However, I’ve noticed an issue that could be improved: once a user loses their ranking as a top listener, the medal disappears. This makes it feel as if the achievement was never earned, even though it was valid at the time.

Would it be possible to keep past records visible while also displaying the timeframe in which they were achieved? For example, instead of removing a platinum or gold listener medal, the app could show: "You were a platinum listener for [Artist] from [Start Date] to [End Date]." This way, users can still see their past achievements without losing them entirely.

This would make the experience more rewarding and fair—after all, an earned milestone should remain part of a listener’s history, much like how an award like an Oscar is never revoked once given. It also adds a nostalgic and motivating element to the app, allowing users to track their journey as dedicated fans.

I believe this small change would greatly improve user experience and make stats.fm feel even more personal and meaningful. I’d love to see this implemented!

Thanks for continuously enhancing the app.

Best regards
