Streams not sincronizing

Update – August 7: The issue is still ongoing. Most Apple Music streams are still not being synced. A few random streams from previous days appeared with a significant delay, but the majority are still missing. The problem continues on both my iPhone and Windows laptop. Live Scrobbling may work for one or two songs and then stop again.
