Stream deductions and failure of streams imported showing up on the app

I have a very huge problem with this app. My streams were deducted from 381,000 to 375,000 a whooping 6k+ and also i have been trying to upload my extended streaming history after successful upload. Its still not reflecting on my overall streams rather y'all are deducting them tf
