Stats not tracking my songs, is this a bug?

Stats randomly stopped tracking my songs today, songs I listened to hours ago show up but I have been listening to music all day and it is not showing up. All it says is that I need to enable sync streams but it is enabled. I even turned it off and back on but nothing has changed. I am so confused. How do I fix this>
