Sonos support

Hi, my Sonos account is connected to Apple Music, yet my stats account isn’t picking up any of my plays. I know that when I listen to apple music on my phone or with web player the play counts are adjusted, so I don’t understand how it isn’t picking up when connecting with Sonos?
