Reporting/filtering accounts with fake streams?

Hi, I would like to start off by saying I LOVE this app!

I was looking at Bryson Tiller's top listeners and saw that for #1 it says their first stream from his was in 2008, but since he only started making music in 2014, that just isn't possible. I’m not trying to be a hater, but they also have ridiculously many streams compared to everyone else. I was wondering if there could be a way to filter/report these users?
