reporting bots doesn't do anything

i’ve reported a “person“ who is currently 1st under my favourite artist who has 3 million minutes spent on him which isnt even possible, i’ve reported the account multiple times and NOTHING has been done (check 2slimey’s page to see what i mean) its getting really annoying because i’m slowly making my way to number 2 (should be 1st), but it would be impossible for me to hit number 1 unless i leave it on repeat for 6 years (2slimey only started making music a couple years ago) please fix this app as it’s extremely irritating
