report button for stat farmers

pretty self explanatory there's so many people stat farming but should be an option to report it so the profile can then get looked at (it's obvious as their listening clocks are full and a lot have the same song playing over and over again) (if their profile is completely hidden and they're ahead on an artist by a large gap it's also obvious they're farming)
