Remove featured artists

So, I'm not sure if I will be able to explain this to how I am thinking it but I will try haha

Basically, my number 3 artist all time is someone who is featured on songs. I don't actually listen to him, he just is OK the songs.. so I was wondering if there was a feature that could be added where you could “hide” certain artists from your leader board if that makes sense? Then that way artists that are featured, we could hide them from our top artists so we get a better image of the artists we do want to see. Does that make sense? Kind of like an option on the artists page named, “hide from leaderboard” or something?
