Remove birthday ability

On app version 1.8.4 users are able to add their gender and birthday to their account information. For gender there's a possibility to select 'none' after you've selected male for example. However, for birthday, you cannot reset it. Once you entered your birthday, it's impossible to remove it. Therefore I'm asking for a reset button, or something similar.
