Option to hide genre „spoken word“

I listen to a lot of audio plays to help me go to sleep. These are categorised as „spoken word“ and often, each voice actor is separately listed and each play is split into multiple tracks. This completely clogs up all my stats and makes this app almost useless to me (just look at my top artists, they are all from the same audio play!)

As it has nothing to do with my music taste (and Audio books aren’t counted anyway), I would greatly appreciate if I could hide or at least filter all spoken word items.
