Opt. Counting Featured Artists

Add a toggle for users to choose if they’d like featured artists to be counted as part of their top artists. If I like a specific artist and listen to their songs, I don’t particularly enjoy having stats.fm count listens towards featured artists which leads to them landing on my top artist list.
