Not Accurate Anymore

My 4 week summary and my 6 month summary are both identical. A lot of songs I streamed this year are just gone. The minutes that I’ve streamed my favorite artists are not accurate at all. 2 artists that have consistently been in my top 5 all year just disappeared, even though I still listen to their music every day.
