New system of record

The actual system of record make it insanely hard to get a record for big artists. We should make this system : #1000 or less : bronze, #100 or less : Silver, #10 or less : gold, #1 : plat and #1 with 7.5 popularity : diamond This would allow more people to get record without deleting the difficulty to get record for big artists.
