More medals

Have metals for top 10, top 100 and top 1000 listeners for songs and artists. Have them upgradable from 1-5 for staying in the 1000, 100 or 10 range. (Example: platinum 1. #1 listener to a song or artist for over a year. Platinum 5. #1 listener for one month)
