missing stuff

i have no idea what is going on and half or ALL of the songs and artists are blank and i dont think its my laptops fault bc many other ppl are having the same problem. and ive seen no feedback been taken into account and stats.fm hasnt changed anything or tried to fix it which is really disappointing.
