Merged Song Listings

I don't know if this has been posted before or if it's even possible, but can songs that are attributed to multiple albums be counted as one song in the lists?

Nothing bothers me more than seeing “How Long” by Tove Lo rank #3 (from her album) and a separate listing of “How Long” by Tove Lo rank #8 (from Euphoria soundtrack).

I understand for albums it should be separated but as an individual track it shouldn’t be double listed if it's EXACTLY the same song, not a remix, rerecord, or edit.

That's just my $0.02. Otherwise this app is awesome and I don't mind the new UI knowing I can toggle back to the old one by clicking on my profile pic on the top right. An announcement in-app about that might stop all the avalanche of negative posts here about that.
