Medals for individual tracks and albums (for full streams)

I happen to be, by far, in the #1 spot for a recently released track: 140 streams against 10 from the #2 and so on (that's because I'm trying to learn how to play it by ear!). It would be nice to be able to get medals for our favorite tracks!
