Manual Stream Add

I would love to have an option for manually adding scrobbles. I have vinyl records that I listen to from time to time, and this way, I could add the scrobbles for my year-end statistics.

I believe there may be concerns about simulating nonexistent scrobbles, however, this already exists with file-based imports, doesn't it?
