Mac sign in error

I don’t have an iphone to sign into my apple music account, so i tried on my mac. signed in and authorised data sharing, the pop out window closed and sent me back to the authorisation screen on stats.fm. apple music says it has access to to track but i cant log in to my account since after autorisation it doesn’t take me to another page.
