Ive paid for lifetime plus

On thursday 12th december i bought the lifetime plus whilst on deal for £6.99 so i wont have to pay for it again, i waited for one full day after i paid and checked at the same time i paid for it and ive got nothing, and i just checked again today on sunday 14th december it still tells me to pay for plus even though it has took the money out of my bank so for it to tell me that i wish to have whatever ive paid for or a refund if i aint going to ever get it
