is there a way to be able to request for streams of specific songs count for artists where they're on the song but the person who owns it hasn't given them song credits on spotify?

for example on Kanye Wests new album “VULTURES 2” he hasn’t credited any features, is there a way we can request that and if so many people do it it’ll be accepted or like voice recognition? i have no clue but it’s a shame the artist trying to be mysterious has stopped us getting minutes off of artists
