Infinite loading screen

Hello, I'm having problems with the application on Android and iOS, when I open the app it stays on an infinite loading screen, this problem has been going on for more than 6 months and no solution from the staff, I demand an answer since this would be taken by scamming, I pay for a service that doesn't work, so work for a quick solution, beacuse I got bored of waiting.
