In app errors

I’ve been a premium member for the last 4 years now I think. I never noticed significant issues with this app before. However within the last year I’ve noticed things going downhill. I can’t update my pfp, my friends listening activity has had an error that never got fixed for a year now despite me emailing, I’m missing all of my streams for beach house, I’m missing my streams for sister by frost children, missing my streams on light by 2hollis. Every time I turn around streams are getting wiped or it’ll say I have a different amount of streams on the same song/album in two different places on the app. I really just want this app to function correctly again and be able to use it as intended.
