Hide/Delete artist/song from stats

There are certain artists displayed in my lifetime top artists that I don’t actually listen to and it gives an inaccurate view of who REALLY are my top artists. In my case it is an ensemble from a musical soundtrack. It should just be listed as the ensemble and not these individual singers. It would be great if i could choose to delete or hide these artists from my overview, since I don’t know them nor listen to them.
