Hide Certain Artists

A way to hide certain artists, but not their songs they feature on? For instance, I listen to a lot of Witt Lowry and he has a few people feature on some songs and that brings those people to my top artists. I dont listen to any other songs by those people so a way to hide them if they feature maybe?
