Hide Activity

It would be great if I could select a track, album or artist on my activity log and choose to hide it (and all data generated by it) from my profile.

I use Spotify for alarms and at one point I used it for sleep ambience. These aren't really things I listen to as music, but they end up high-ranked on my lists because I use them every day. So I wish I could hide them.
