Help me find artists that deserve my follow

I want an easy way to look at how many songs I've liked from an artist, and if I follow them or not.

Spotify is amazing at showing me new music from new artists, and I KNOW they show me stuff from the same group of people too. I'm sure I have several artists where I've liked a large bulk of their music, but I'm not following them because I have no idea that I'm not?

If there was a simple way for me to see that, “okay, I've liked 20 songs from this up and coming person - why am I not following them?” And how cool would it be to find those people and listen to more of their music, aka the stuff Spotify hasn't recommended to me yet, because I don't follow them?

I feel like an algorithm for this kind of thing would be a goldmine for me, and other users like me, who consistently listen to their discover weekly playlist. And to my knowledge, I have not seen a tool to help me do this.
