Friends-Only Privacy Settings

I would love an option to hide specific statistics from the public while keeping them visible to friends.

For example, users should be able to set their top artists, genres, albums and tracks to either public, friends-only or completely private.

This would give users more control over their privacy without having to hide their statistics from friends as well.
