Filtering songs that played more than half of length or percentage feature

How about adding a filter that only shows and counts tracks which played longer than 1 minute? If the track is short, then 70% of its length should be played. I don't like current counting, because the length of song is 3:57, it played 46 seconds and counted as 1 streaming. What if I want to see almost fully played songs in my top?
