Feature Suggestion: Album Recap Sharing (Concept Included)

I think stats.fm could add a really cool feature that builds on the existing recap system: an album-specific recap.

Right now, recaps are mostly weekly or overall, but it would be great to have one focused on a specific album—especially when someone listens to it a lot or is a top listener.

Concept:

A shareable “Album Recap” card that includes:

- Album name + artist

- Listener ranking (e.g. “You’re the #1 listener”)

- Total minutes listened

- Total stream count

- Profile picture + customizable theme (like current recaps)

How it could work:

From the album page:

- Add a “Share album recap” option

- Instead of the default share sheet, open a dedicated menu:

- Save image

- Copy link

- Share link

Then users can generate a recap card (similar to weekly recaps) and share it.

I’ve attached a couple mockups to show how it could look:

- One for the album page with the new share option

- One for the generated recap card

Why this would be great:

- Makes album-level stats more meaningful

- Encourages sharing (especially for big fans of specific albums)

- Fits perfectly with the current recap design system
