European date format

Feature Request

Adding a setting to choose your preferred date format would be nice (Maybe in the “Language & theme” section?)

I second this. Dates use the American date format on the stats page and when selecting a date. Please add an option to use DD-MM-YYYY (for the stats page: DD-MM).
