Duplicate albums

Please fix the duplicate album issue.

I’ve recently been listening to a lot of David Bowie. I’ll listen to an album on Spotify like Aladdin Sane (2013 remaster). 6 of the 10 songs will go to the corresponding album on stats fm, while the remaining 4 will be recorded to Aladdin Sane - 30th anniversary remaster. This happens for a lot of his albums.

This really sucks because I prefer to look at my albums listened to above anything else, and it looks stupid when i not only don’t have all the minutes of the album to one, but i have a whole other album that some songs are credited to.

I understand fixing every duplicate album would be hard, but I think a solution might be to let the listener choose what the primary album for the song can be. There’s already a list of albums in each song’s information that the song is “featured” on, so it’d be cool if we could choose which album they go to in our stats.
