I am currently listening to DAMN. and it has two different versions of the album with an unique cover, yet this app uses one album cover for both versions.
It also does this for singles that have the same name but are vastly, different, like the song 'i', also from Kendrick Lamar. It uses a different cover entirely compared to what's shown in Spotify of both the album cover and single cover.
And it ALSO does this for songs that are different due to being censored/uncensored. I see LOVE. 3 different times in my top 50 due to me putting on different versions of the song when it is needed, like on speakers or headphones.
I apologize for being nit-picky, but, for consistency's sake, I would like to have this fixed in a way where you can differentiate and see which version of the song you are listening to.
I put some pictures of examples that are at the end of the post that I will be explaining here.
In the first picture you can see the original DAMN. album with the song DNA. playing.
In the second picture you can see the song DUCKWORTH. playing in the alternate album version, called DAMN. COLLECTORS EDITION.
In the third picture, I show that Spotistats only shows the original album cover and doesn't convey if you listen to the song censored or uncensored.
There are 2 different versions of DAMN, 4 if you count the uncensored versions, and I, along with other people, would greatly appreciate the ability to see which version of the song is in your top 50. I hope this example clarifies some stuff!
Thank you for reading this in advance and I hope this helps!
