I've been told this is coming for over a year. It doesn't seem like it should be to hard for a decent coder to make this happen. It's super annoying. Enter Sandman has been stuck at 124 plays because now it's adding every play to a new remastered version.

That’s a good recommendation, also for a lot of versions or sometimes the song is in a random album like “Summer, Vibe with it… etc.” And things like that, the streams go to that album and not the album i’m streaming, that is something bothers ‘cause I don’t like to see albums i didn’t stream

Was about to make the same post.. A year ago Spotify stopped recommending me the remastered version of the album Violator by Depeche Mode. Took me months to notice and now my number one song is down 20 spots because it's split between 2 versions that are literally the same lol

Yes i have the same problem, where i have 2.5k minutes on the dark side of the moon 2011 remaster but for some reason if i listen to the same album now it will give the minutes to another remaster which sucks.
