Better connection details

Currently you get sent to the service itself.

I will be using Discord as primary example.

On mobile (Android), user deep links no longer work, so you'd have to disable them and get sent to the web app.

Even if you get sent to the web app on mobile/desktop, the user might have privacy settings set so that their profile won't pop up.

My proposal is:

Instead of getting sent to the service, make a tooltip like popup (toggle click, not hover) which contains their username and a link to the web app.
